He previously graduated law school with a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree and was notably on the Dean’s Honor List. He also has both a Masters Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science Minor from CSUN.

Before being an attorney Bob worked 15 years at Farmers Insurance as a senior liability claims adjuster, then as the national claims training administrator responsible for training all liability claims adjusters plus all claims supervisors & managers nationwide at Farmers’ Home Office.

He started his legal career as an insurance defense attorney until jumping to the other side to represent injured claimants on the plaintiff side. Based on Bob’s experience, he is an expert witness in Insurance Bad Faith, Coverage and Claims Practices and is also a mediator, separate from his legal practice.

Bob is also an Insurance Expert Witness. He been qualified to testify in court based upon his nearly 15 years in claims and Farmers Insurance, handling bodily injury claims and coverage questions and then was promoted to the national position of Claims Training Administrator, Liability, in charge of the training of all liability bodily injury claims representatives and he also administered and was responsible for the Claims Management School, which involved the training of all claims managers and supervisors responsible for the management of all claims representatives that handled bodily injury, auto physical damage and/or homeowner damages claims throughout Farmers Insurance Company’s nationwide operating territory . Bob Worth currently provides expert consulting and testimony in the areas of insurance bad faith matters, claims practices and coverage issues.

Additionally, Bob works as mediator to help attorneys, and insurance companies to amicably resolve legal matters for insureds and claimants. He has been accepted by attorneys representing plaintiffs, insurance defense counsel and insurance company claims persons all based upon his many years working in claims.
